Founded in 1979, Fogo de Chao is a chain of Brazilian steakhouses with more than 60 locations. A similar chain, Texas de Brazil, was founded in 1998 and has grown to more than 50 locations.
These and other Brazilian-style steakhouses or churrascarias serve various cuts of meat which are brought directly to the table.
Sometimes, I find it hard to keep track of which menu items I have tried during my visit. So I created these printable, pocket size score cards to bring along.
