Nighttime and Long Exposure Photos

One thing I have learned about long exposure photos is that they require two things: light and patience. To get enough light, I try to shoot photos a few nights before or after a full moon; generally anywhere from 15 seconds to 2 minutes. I feel that this timed exposure technique gives the images a dream-like quality that borders on surreal. As for patience, you just have to work at it! Hope you have as much fun looking at these shots as I did taking them!
